Idyllic, quite and sunny, at the edge of the forest is it the ideal starting point for 450 km of marked trails in the superb hiking area of the Seefeld Plateau.
 You can count on us,either in providing useful hints for tours or in organizing easy walks,hiking tours, or tough climbs of different peaks.
You can also explore beautiful natural resources by bike. 
Bikes are let free by our house. The different and beautiful routes are suitable for all bikers - from the beginner to the pro.

The “ALPENEXPRESS” also rides through the valley and in the nature paradise
 “Gaistal” (16 km long) with animals, forest, mountain peaks, mountain huts, lakes and streams ect., 9 occupied huts and refuges invite you to stay.

Children’s dreams will be fulfilled at the amusement park, summer toboggan-run and the 
adventure-camp “Bergleintal”.
The indoor-pool “Alpenbad Leutasch”: (free admission from Mai to October) – endless fun on the enormous water-chute.
Tennis court and riding 2 minutes walk away. Inline skating just in front of the door.
The Sport- and Leisure centre in Leutasch with 2indoor tennis courts, 
2 outdoor tennis courts (sand), squash courts and badminton is ca. 1500 m away.
Garden with children’s play ground, table-tennis and lawn with deck chairs invite you to relax.
Mostly you can observe animals from your apartment.
Leutasch with its central location is ideal for cultural excursions
to Innsbruck (30 km) 
and the surrounding beautiful landmarks like monasteries, museums, ect., 
for shopping trips to Seefeld (12 km), Mittenwald (10 km) or to  
Garmisch-Partenkirchen (45 km).
